This thing saved my sanity. I have a workshop too far from the house to get a good signal and my ATT phone doesn’t get enough of a signal to create a good hot spot. However this thing works!!!!! It feeds off the best available tower so it’s probably using Verizon towers in my area I’m guessing. So happy!

Does this replace my phone hotspot?
Yes, the U30 functions as a dedicated mobile Wi-Fi device without draining your phone battery.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. Plans are flexible and managed digitally through your Unidata account. No unnecessary commitments, you get what you pay for.
How much is shipping? And how long will it usually take?
Shipping is free! And we ship all products using UPS 2-day shipping.
How do I check my current data usage on the hotspot?
The device offers a 2.4 inch touch screen that you can use to view your usage.
Can I pay a monthly subscription for data?
Absolutely! While our monthly plans are one stop purchases, you can choose to opt in to be charged monthly, and you will receive new data every month.
What’s the difference between a dedicated hotspot device vs using my phone as a hotspot?
Hotspot devices are built to run as a router all day; if you were to use your phone as one, it will most likely run very hot and drain your battery significantly.
Your connection would also be a lot more stable when pairing multiple devices, as it is built to do so.
A dedicated hotspot lets you just turn it on and "forget" about it for the rest of the day.
Can I use my own SIM card in the hotspot?
As of now, we do not allow the use of external SIM cards in the U30.
How many devices can connect at once?
You can connect up to 10 different devices to your U30, however do note that this may increase your data usage much quicker if unmonitored.
Can I top up more data once I run out?
Yes, if you are ever in need of more data, you can purchase more data on our portal and immediately receive it.
